Before you switch.
What does it cost to switch accountants?
Nothing extra. We ask your previous accountant for your files with your signed authorisation, and we set up your books ourselves. You pay the same fixed monthly fee we quoted you, from the month we start.
How long does the handover take?
Most businesses are fully moved across within two to three weeks. In the meantime your previous accountant keeps working, so nothing is missed and no deadline slips.
What happens if I am audited?
We prepare the response, attend with you and speak to the authority on your behalf for every return we prepared. Representation is included in our tax planning and accounting fees.
Which software do you work with?
QuickBooks Online and Xero are our standards. If you already use something else we will tell you honestly whether it is worth changing before we start.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. Every client has a Spanish-speaking and an English-speaking contact, and this whole site, our reports and your monthly review are available in both languages.
