We started Hartwell & Co. because good accounting is about people. Our clients are owners who want to understand their business and be looked after while they grow it.
Hartwell & Co. began with a simple frustration: too many owners in Miami were paying for accounting they could not read, from people they could not reach. We set out to build the firm we would have wanted to hire ourselves.
Today a small team looks after more than 250 businesses, from first-year start-ups to companies with dozens of staff. Every client has a named accountant, a fixed fee and a contact who speaks their language — English or Spanish.
